Summary:PURPOSE: A light illuminating device and a socket for the same are provided to expand the life expectancy of the device using resistive components without capacitors or inductors. CONSTITUTION: A light illuminating device includes a light emitting part(104), the wave rectifier circuit of alternating current power source, and a driving circuit part(102). The driving circuit part converts a first current into an amplified constant current. The driving circuit part outputs a second current to the light emitting part. The brightness of the light illuminating device is increased by increasing the frequency of a conductive current.
