Summary:PURPOSE: A producing method of a nano-sized graphene structure, and a producing apparatus thereof is provided to safely and economically mass-produce graphite oxide for producing the graphene structure. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of graphite oxide for producing a nano-sized graphene structure comprises the following steps: preparing graphite slurry by mixing graphite with sulfuric acid; inserting the sulfuric acid into a micro-channel unit(5) including micro-channels; inserting permanganic acid, permanganate, or a permanganate sulfuric acid solution to the micro-channel unit, and a reacting; inserting water to the outcome, and reacting; inserting a hydrogen peroxide solution, for finishing the oxidation reaction; washing and separating graphite oxides from the outcome; and drying the discharged graphite oxides.
