Summary:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic substrate is provided to prevent the deformation around a cavity by forming a cavity removing a cut part of the ceramic laminated part. CONSTITUTION: A first ceramic laminated part(10") includes a plurality of first ceramic green sheets. One or more separation induction layer(20") is formed on a first ceramic laminated body. A second ceramic laminated body(30") including a plurality of second ceramic green sheets is laminated on the first ceramic laminated body. The second laminated second ceramic part is partly cut. The ceramic laminated part for substrate is plasticized. A cavity is formed by removing a cut part of the ceramic laminated part.
