Summary: | PURPOSE: A transporting method of silicon granules inside an encapsulated transport channel is provided to prevent the abrasion of mechanical portions of the silicon granules, and to easily mount the silicon granules on the outside of a reactor. CONSTITUTION: A transporting method of silicon granules uses the horizontal or vertical movement or a transport device. The transport device is encapsulated. The forward movement of the silicon granules is generated from the shaking movement caused by the excitation of more than one permanent magnet(4) mounted on the transport device. The electromagnetic field for the shaking movement is applied from the exterior of the device. |
