Summary:PURPOSE: A device for measuring coefficient thermal conductivity is provided to measure the coefficient thermal conductivity of a specimen depending on the changed degree of a vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring coefficient thermal conductivity comprises a vacuum chamber(100), a coefficient thermal conductivity measurement part(200), and a load adjusting part(300). The coefficient thermal conductivity measurement part is installed inside the vacuum chamber and has a specimen. The coefficient thermal conductivity measurement part measures the coefficient thermal conductivity of the specimen. The load adjusting part is installed inside the vacuum chamber in the top or bottom of the coefficient thermal conductivity measurement part and applies a load to the coefficient thermal conductivity measurement part.
