Summary:PURPOSE: A data input/output circuit and a semiconductor memory apparatus including the same are provided to reduce the number of an input/output driver by enabling a memory bank comprising a stack bank structure to share the input/output driver. CONSTITUTION: A data switching unit is selectively connected to one of a first memory bank(100) and a second memory bank(200). An input/output driver amplifies the output of the data switching unit and outputs it to a global data line. A controller comprises a strobe signal generating unit and a bank select signal generating unit The strobe signal generating unit combines an address signal and a read / write command to generate a plurality of strobe signals. A bank select signal generating unit generates a bank select signal.
