Summary:PURPOSE: A disubstituted phenoxyacetyl-based compound is provided to increase an inhibitory activity to overexpression of P-glycoprotein and an anticancer activity in administration with an anti-cancer drug and to reduce side effects on normal cells. CONSTITUTION: A disubstituted phenoxyacetyl-based compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 and R^2 are X-Y-Z, X-Z or Z, wherein Z is a functional group of chemical formula 1-1 or 1-2; Y is -(CH2)-n, wherein n is an integer of 1~5 and Z is amino, phenyl, quinolinyl or isoquinolinyl, in which the amino, phenyl, quinolinyl or isoquinolinyl are substituted or unsubstituted.
