Summary:PURPOSE: A shunt switch, a semiconductor device, a module, and an electronic device are provided to improve isolation at an off state by forming mutual impedance between shunt lines higher than the impedance of a transmission line. CONSTITUTION: A transmission line(11) and a ground line set with a ground potential are formed on a substrate. The transmission line transmits a high frequency signal between an input port and an output port. A shunt line(13) electrically combines the transmission line with the ground. The shunt line grounds the transmission line with a ground(12). The mutual impedance of the shunt line is higher than the impedance of the transmission line.
