Summary: | PURPOSE: An integrated injection nozzle for freezing prevention is provided to increase the engine efficiency since one outer end of a conductive pipe is not formed by a foreign material and thus freezing does not occur on an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An integrated injection nozzle for freezing prevention comprises a transfer pipe(10) and a conductive pipe(20). The transfer pipe is connected into the body of an injector. The transfer pipe comprises a transfer hole(11) in the longitudinal direction so that LPG fuel is transferred. The conductive pipe is integrally formed on the end of the transfer pipe and is installed in the engine. The conductive pipe comprises a through hole(21), which is located on the same extended line to the transfer hole of the transfer pipe. The conductive pipe is not formed from a foreign material on an outer surface, to which the LPG fuel is sprayed. Freezing is not occur on an injection nozzle(40). The conductive pipe is formed from a conductive material. |
