CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(380) including a first electrode(360), an organic layer(370), and a second electrode(375) is formed on a first substrate. The second electrode comprises a first opening area(378) exposing a part of the first electrode. An insulating layer(400) is formed on one side of a second substrate opposing the first substrate.
