PURPOSE: A needle punch carpet and a manufacturing the same are provided to improve pollutant resistance by securing the water repellent property and oil repellent property. CONSTITUTION: A fabric is manufactured by a PET(Polyethylen Terephthalate) staple fiber. A water repellent agent is impregnated on the cloth(S10). The compression and dehydration of the cloth is performed(S20). After drying the cloth, the moisture in the diluted water repellent agent is removed(S30). The cloth is dried through a tenter. To form a cushion layer in lower part of the cloth, a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) sol is sprayed on the cloth(S40). By foaming the coated PVC sol, the cushion layer is formed(S50).
