Summary:PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent light emitting element and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the yield of a product by preventing defects due to a shadow mask in an organic electroluminescent light emitting layer forming process. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor is formed on the pixel region(P) on a first substrate(110). A first electrode is in contact with the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. A buffer pattern(150) is formed at the boundary of the pixel region. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the upper side of the first electrode to the inner side of the buffer pattern. A first spacer(151) and a second spacer(152) are formed to be crossed along the boundary of the pixel region.
