Summary:PURPOSE: A carbon composite, a producing method thereof, a disc for a clutch using thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the impregnation uniformity and the amount of impregnation for a substrate material. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a carbon composite comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon fiber cluster formed with carbon fibers(S10); producing diffusion fluid by mixing a liquid material with a substrate mixture containing solid substrate powder(S20); supplying the carbon fiber cluster to the diffusion fluid for dispersing the carbon fibers, and impregnating the substrate powder among the carbon fibers(S30); reeling the carbon fiber cluster after drying(S40); and weaving, molding, and plasticizing the carbon fiber cluster(S50).
