Summary:PURPOSE: A monitoring camera capable of enabling to control focus and zoom is provided to perform focus and a zoom control in outside without decomposing the monitoring camera thereby rotating the focus control rod and zoom control rod through the first and the second guide hole. CONSTITUTION: The first load fixing unit(320) is combined in the outer circumference of a focusing unit(310). A focus control rod(350) is combined in the first extended piece(321) of the first load fixing unit. The end of the focus control rod is located in the first guide hole. The second rod fixing unit(420) is combined in the outer circumference of a zoom control unit(410). A zoom control rod(450) is combined in the second extension piece(421) of the second rod fixing unit.
