Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for interworking a broadcasting system with a mobile communication system and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to supply a broadcasting service through a mobile communication network at a location where a broadcast signal is not transmitted. CONSTITUTION: A BCCS(Broadcasting Communication Convergence System)(204) receives a broadcasting data stream from a broadcasting station server(202). A mobile communication network converts a format of the received broadcasting data stream based on standards of a mobile communication network. The BCCS transmits the broadcasting data stream to an MSCS(Mobile Streaming & Content System)(206). The MSCS provides the broadcasting data stream to a mobile communication terminal(210) through the mobile communication network.
