Summary:PURPOSE: A disk including recording and non-recording areas, a phase control method using the disk, and a computer readable recording medium for embodying the method are provided to carry out accurate track adjustment using the recording and non-recording areas and minimize line loss caused by a track adjustment error in a production line. CONSTITUTION: A phase control method using a disk including recording and non-recording areas is as follows. The state of a disk in which an information recording track and an information non-recording track are alternately formed is determined(S100). If information is recorded in the disk, the position information on a track in which information is recorded and a track on which no information is recorded are obtained by referring to the track storing the information(S200). It is checked whether a main beam and a sub beam are located in the same track in the recording track(S300). If the main beam and the sub beam are not located in the same track, the location of the sub beam is adjusted in order to prevent the frequencies of the main beam and the sub beam from the same(S400).
