PURPOSE: An interlock device for a pair sliding door is provided to ensure easy opening/closing of the door by interlocking door panels using pulleys. CONSTITUTION: An interlock device for a pair sliding door comprises first and second guide rails(101,102), first and second plates(110,120), first to fourth pulleys, a front pulley, a rear pulley, and a wire(W). The first and second guide rails having through grooves(162a) are formed in parallel. The first and second plates slide on the first and second guide rails. The first and third pulleys are formed on the front and rear sides of the first guide rail. The second and fourth pulleys are formed on the front and rear sides of the second guide rail. The front pulley is formed inner than the first and second pulleys, biased to the second guide rail. The rear pulley is formed inner than the third and fourth pulleys, biased to the second guide rail. The wire is fixed to the first transfer plate and interlinks the first and second transfer plates.
