CONSTITUTION: A pilot memory(100) stores a pilot signal received through reception antennas. An antenna correlation value calculating unit(200) receives a message average CINR(Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio). The antenna correlation value calculating unit calculates the antenna correlation value by using a noise power value estimation table. A transmission mode selecting unit(300) selects a transmission mode by using a mode selection table.
