Summary:PURPOSE: A dust cloth and a mop therewith are provided to efficiently wipe a cleaning surface by covering the outer surface of the dust cloth with a napping cloth. CONSTITUTION: A mop(1) with a dust cloth is composed as follows. A dust cloth(6) is extended from the bottom end of a stick(2) of the mop. The outer surface of the dust cloth is covered with a napping cloth. A gap between the outer surface of the dust cloth and the napping cloth is formed when the dust cloth is completely dried. The napping cloth is adhered to the outer surface of the dust cloth when the dust cloth is wet.
