Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating hayseed from bean is provided to improve the quality of fermented bean pastes and tofu by discharging floating matters along the inclined structure of a floating matter outlet. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(21) is formed on a main body(20). A floating matter outlet(22) is formed on one part of the main body. A bean outlet(23) is formed on the lower side of the main body. A floating matter discharging unit(30) with a pipe for discharging the floating matter(31) with a plurality of nozzles is installed on the other part of the main body. A floating matter separating unit(40) is installed on the lower side of the main body. A transferring unit(50) is in connection with the bean outlet and is installed in the main body.
