Summary:PURPOSE: A device and a method for relaxing the interference in a wireless communication system are provided to relax interference between cells without information exchange through backhaul between macro base station and femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A resource assigning unit(513) receives feedback information from at least one terminal. The resource assigning unit assigns resource to the terminal by considering the feedback information. A weight value generator(515) determines weight for forming beam to the terminal by considering assigned resource to the codebook set and the terminal about each resource block. A precoder linearly decodes transmission signal by using the weight.
