PURPOSE: An environment-friendly rubber composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the tension property, the abrasion resistance, and the rotation resistance of the composition. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly rubber composition includes a silica master batch manufactured by co-solidifying silane-pretreated silica. 90~110wt% of silane-pretreated silica is included inside the silica master batch for 100wt% of rubber. A manufacturing method of the rubber composition comprises a step of dispersing silica and oil to a rubber latex, and co-solidifying the dispersed compounds. The oil and an anti-aging agent form an emulsion before adding the oil to the rubber latex.
