CONSTITUTION: A bio sensor kit assembly by cross flow comprises: a kit body(15) in which a substrate(5) and cover(10) are integrally assembled; a strip(20) placed on a strip placing part provided at the inner center of the kit body; and a container(30) for substrate solution. The kit body comprises the strip placing part(1) which is formed in a long to the traverse direction; a placing part for placing the container at the front side of the strip placing part; a substrate having a placing part coupled to the substrate solution absorption pad(35); and a cover having view window and cap.
