Summary:PURPOSE: A dye composition containing Citrus grandis extract for treating atopic dermatitis is provided to minimize side effect using natural product. CONSTITUTION: A dye composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains Citrus grandis extract as an active ingredient. A fiber is dyed by contacting the dye composition to the fiber. The fiber is natural fiber, artificial fiber or blend fiber. The fiber is cotton, wool, silk, acetate, triacetate, nylon, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), polyester, polyacryl, polyamide, polyurethane, polyacrylonitrile or blend fiber thereof. A fiber product having activity of treating atopic dermatitis is dyed with the composition. The fiber product is manufactured in the form of shirts, socks, underwear, diaper, blanket, pillow, patch agent, bandage, couch or chair.
