Summary:PURPOSE: A flexible plasma display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs through a low cost process by forming a dielectric layer with a spin coating method. CONSTITUTION: An electrode is formed on the upper part of a substrate(S610). A polyimide solution or a BCB solution is spin-coated on the upper part of the substrate in which the electrode is formed(S620). A dielectric layer is formed on either an upper substrate or a lower substrate. The dielectric layer is plasticized at the temperature of 220°C in nitrogen gas after the polyimide solution or the BCB solution are spread on the substrate. The coated polyimide solution or the BCB solution is plasticized and the dielectric layer is formed(S630).
