CONSTITUTION: A method for sorting overexpressing recombinant cell line is performed using an expression vector. The expression vector comprises: a gene expression cassette having a selection marker gene which is unoperably linked with polyadehylation signal(polyA) and a gene expression cassette encoding a target recombinant protein which is operably linked with poly A. A method for sorting overexpressing recombinant cell line comprises: a step of cleaving an expression vector having a gene expression cassette encoding a target recombinant protein; and a step of linearizing the expressionvector.
