Summary:PURPOSE: A roll forming leveling apparatus for eliminating spring back of a shaped beam and a roll forming leveling method are provided to prevent the distortion of a product by maintaining forming stress, since pressure is applied on a bent surface of a shaped beam. CONSTITUTION: A roll forming leveling apparatus for eliminating spring back of a shaped beam comprises a guide unit(100) and a leveling unit(200). The guide unit is installed behind a roll former unit of a roll forming process line. The guide unit guides the shaped beam provided from the roll former unit. The leveling unit is attached to the guide unit. The leveling unit applies pressure on the bent surface of the shaped beam provided from the guide unit.
