Summary:PURPOSE: A medical institution server and a method for integrating business in medical institution are provided to electronically record and manage all works of medical institution, thereby managing patients more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A reception booth(201) generates medical chart file about the patient through client information a patient. A medical record processor(203) stores examination information and recipe information to the medical chart file. A reception processor(211) computes the amount of money claimed to a patient through the examination information and the recipe information. The reception processor performs the reception process about the computed cost. A communication unit(217) extracts a medicinal decoction data from the medial chard file.
