CONSTITUTION: A conduction voltage output terminal(11) and a cut-off voltage output terminal outputs a conduction voltage and a cut-off voltage to a gate driving circuit. A control device is combined in the conduction voltage output terminal. A control device applies an aberration influence to the conduction voltage.
