Summary:PURPOSE: An in-line type curing device is provided to include an lamp cover which is installed in a support stand and an infrared lamp which is installed under the lower part of the reflector of the lamp cover. CONSTITUTION: A support stand(110) is installed in either the front of a processing part or the rear of the processing part to the transferring direction of a semiconductor package. A lamp cover(120) includes a reflector(130) in the lower part and the support stand is installed. An in-line type curing device includes an infrared lamp which is installed in the lower part of the reflector of the lamp cover. A location control part(150), which controls the location of the lamp cover to be orthogonal to the transferring direction of the semiconductor package, is included.
