Summary:PURPOSE: A saturation ozone water manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to supply saturation ozone water which has safe and accurate amount of ozone by using pure water which does not have impurity. CONSTITUTION: A saturation ozone water manufacturing device includes a water inlet pipe(1) which supplies the water from the outside, a deionized water manufacturing device(11) which supplies pure water which is formed between the water inlet pipes, a drainpipe(2) having a drain valve(21) which is connected to one side of the deionized water manufacturing device, an ozone dissolution chamber(3) having a diffusion layer formed in the upper part of the drainpipe, a low temperature chamber(4) which is formed in order to protect the ozone dissolution chamber extrinsic circumference and stores the low temperature water.
