PURPOSE: An ink-jet printer head assembly alignment method and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the sorting time of a head assembly in an ink-jet printer by arranging the height of the head assembly and the rotation center point before being mounted in the ink-jet printer. CONSTITUTION: An ink-jet printer head assembly alignment method comprises following steps. Reference height and standard rotation center point are set up(S10). The height of the head coupled with the head assembly and the rotation center point of the head are corrected using the reference height and the standard rotation center point(S20). The head assembly is coupled with the ink-jet printer to revise the location of the head assembly and the rotation angle of the head assembly(S30).
