CONSTITUTION: A composite includes a diamond nanoparticle or a silicon carbide nanoparticle, a polyaniline nanofiber, and polythiophene. The diameter of the nanoparticle is 1~20 nanometers. 1~40 parts of nanoparticle by weight is included in the composite for 100 parts of polyaniline nanofiber by weight. 0.1~20 parts of polythiophene by weight is included in the composite for 100 parts of polyaniline nanofiber by weight.
