Summary:PURPOSE: A cleanable aqueous polyurethane dispersion liquid is provided to obtain superior stain resistance and to have a high surface energy by including a product which is obtained from a reaction of a hydroxyl-functional acrylic dispersion liquid and CAPS-modified polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION: A cleanable aqueous polyurethane dispersion liquid includes a product which is obtained from a reaction of a hydroxyl-functional acrylic dispersion liquid and CAPS-modified polyisocyanate. The CAPS-modified polyisocyanate includes a CAPS-modified polyisocyanate using aliphatic diisocyanate as a base material. A method for manufacturing a cleanable aqueous polyurethane coating on the base material includes a step of hardening a coating composition after applying the dispersion liquid to the base material.
