Summary:PURPOSE: A coloring composite for a color filter, and the color filter using thereof are provided to secure the low dielectric property of a chromatic layer filter segment, and to reduce the dielectric loss tangent. CONSTITUTION: A coloring composite for a color filter contains a copolymer including maleic anhydride acid and more than one ethylenically unsaturated monomer, a pigment, a binder resin, and a polymerizable monomer selected from the group consisting of an active energy ray polymerizable monomer, and a thermal polymerization monomer. The active energy ray polymerizable monomer is a sulfonium organic boron complex marked with chemical formula 1, or an iodine sulfonium organic boron complex.
