Summary:PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for programming of a buffer cache in an SSD(Solid State Disk) system are provided to enhance the writing performance by reducing the delay which may occurs while storing a page of the buffer cache. CONSTITUTION: A buffer caches(122) stores pages, and a memory unit(126) includes plural memory chips. A control unit(128) selects at least one pate among the pages as a sacrifice page in consideration of the standby time which may happens while storing the page at the target memory chip. The control unit selects the sacrifice page in consideration of the latest use time or frequency of the pages.
