Summary:PURPOSE: A programming method of a nonvolatile memory device is provided to normally terminate a program by normally saving pass data in a page buffer which is connected to a column which executes a repair process. CONSTITUTION: A program command and data are inputted(S301,S303). Redundancy data corresponding to repaired bit line address information is saved in a page buffer(S305). A program is executed by setting a counting value which counts a program pulse to 0(S307,S309). A program verification operation is executed by increasing the counting value as much as 1(S311,S313). The result of the program verification is saved in the node of the page buffer. Data saved in the node of a first latch is transferred to the node of a second latch(S315). Validation data is checked(S317). The pass state of the program is determined in all memory cells(S319). State data is set to 'pass'(S321). A program operation is completed(S323).
