CONSTITUTION: A method for the construction of a civil engineering structure comprises following steps. A second element is located under a fixed lift structure(1) equipped with a lift unit(2). The lift unit lifts the second element. The first element is positioned under the fixed structure lower than the second element. The second element is positioned on the first element using the lifting unit.
