Summary:PURPOSE: A wireless communication apparatus supplied power using solar light is provided to implement a circuit in a low cost by adopting a high-power capacitor when charging electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A charging unit(120) charges electric energy provided from a solar cell panel, and a constant voltage unit(130) converts the charged electric energy into a constant voltage power having a preset voltage level. A wireless communication unit(140) receives the constant power as a driving power and performs the wireless communication operation set in advance. An inverse current preventing unit(150) prevents the inverse transfer of the charged electric energy to the solar cell panel.
