CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent paste contains phosphor powder, and magnesium oxide powder coated with fluorine. The particle of the magnesium oxide powder is a cubic form. 100~10,000ppm of fluorine is contained in the magnesium oxide powder. The fluorescent paste additionally contains a binder and a solvent. The binder is a cellulose resin. The fluorescent paste contains 30~50wt% of phosphor powder, 1~10wt% of magnesium oxide powder, 5~10wt% of binder, and 30~60wt% of solvent.
