Summary:PURPOSE: An electrophotographic toner, a method for manufacturing the same, and a device for forming an image are provided to improve the mobility and durability of the toner, to prevent off-set, and to maintain long-term preservation. CONSTITUTION: An electrophotorgraphic toner includes latex, a coloring agent, and a release agent. The property of the toner, which is measured using fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflection spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR), satisfies an equation 1, an equation 2, and an equation 3. The equation 1 is 6 <= P2850/P3027 <= 2.2. The equation 2 is 0.95 <= (P2850_50°/P3027_50°) / (P2850_60°/P3027_60°) <= 1.5. The equation 3 is 0.95 <= (P2850_60°/P3027_60°) / (P2850_70°/P3027_70°) <= 1.5.
