Summary: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of minute Ni powder by chemical reduction is provided to shorten process time by adding hydrazine and sodium hypophosphite as a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: First solution is made of hydroxide nickel by adding pH adjusting agent into nickel sulfate. Hydrazine and sodium hypophosphite are injected into the distilled water to make second solution. First solution and second solution are mixed and stirred to make Ni powder. The Ni powder is separated from solution. The separated Ni powder is cleaned and dried. |
