Summary:PURPOSE: A boat pulling and descending apparatus is provided to reduce the shake of the boat pulled by and descended from a command ship by forming a plurality of rollers. CONSTITUTION: A boat pulling and descending apparatus(1) comprises a mounting unit(10), an opening/closing unit(20), a main guide unit(30), and a sub-guide unit(40). The mounting unit has the shape corresponding to the bottom shape of a boat. A command ship is arranged on the mounting unit to mount the pulled boat. The opening/closing unit is rotatably installed at the command ship. The opening/closing unit selectively opens and closes to enable the boat to enter/exit the mounting unit. The opening/closing unit introduces the pulling and the descending of the boat. The main guide unit is formed on the mounting unit and the opening/closing unit. The main guide unit guides the movement of the boat. The sub-guide unit helps the boat maintain the balance when the boat moves.
