CONSTITUTION: A pre-mixing cement product manufacturing system comprises the following: a raw material medium storage silo storing a raw material produced from a material pulverization facility; a scale hopper installed on the lower side of the system; a raw material supplying silo discharging the raw material with a constant combination ratio; a mixing facility pre-mixing the different kinds of raw material; a product storing silo storing the pre-mixed product; and a product discharging facility transferring the pre-mixed product.
