Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a customized advertisement service based on a rule, and a method for servicing customized advertisement contents are provided to select advertisements to which each user can prefer, thereby providing a differentiated advertisement service according to each user. CONSTITUTION: A metadata generator(110) generates rule metadata including a broadcast schedule of advertisement contents according to each user using personal information of a user and feature information of advertisement contents. A provider(120) provides the rule metadata and the advertisement contents corresponding to the rule metadata based on intrinsic information of the users. A storage unit(130) stores the rule metadata generated by each user.
