Summary: | PURPOSE: An organo-metallic dye, a photosensitive substrate including thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar cell are provided to secure the high extinction coefficient by increasing the pi-conjugation using an aromatic amine functional group. CONSTITUTION: An organo-metallic dye is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, M is either Ru or Os. One of X1, X2, X3 and X4 is an aromatic amine functional group. The rest is a carboxylate functional group, a phosphate functional group, hydrogen, or an alkyl group of C1~C6. L1 and L2 are -NCS, -CN, Cl, Br or I, respectively. A photosensitive substrate comprises the following: an electrode located on a substrate; a porous semiconductor layer located on the electrode; and the organo-metallic dye. |
