Summary:PURPOSE: The fuse of a semiconductor device is provided to improve the efficiency of a fuse repairing process by changing the arrangement of address fuses in fuse sets. CONSTITUTION: The fuse of a semiconductor device includes a first fuse set and a second fuse set. The first fuse set includes a first enable fuse(310a) and a plurality of first address fuses. The second fuse set includes a second enable fuse(320a) and a plurality of second address fuses. The first address fuses and the second address fuses are alternately arranged. Dummy fuses(330) are arranged on both sides of the edge part of a fuse box. The first enable fuse and the second enable fuse are arranged on the center of the fuse box.
