Summary:PURPOSE: A USB memory device is provided to enable a smooth operation for a cover unit of a body unit in a desirable position and withdrawal position by improving the assemble structure of a body unit and a cover unit. CONSTITUTION: A main body unit(200) includes a USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector(290) and a knob(210). A cover unit(100) accepts the main body unit, and the USB connector is inserted into the cover unit when the knob is pressed to move to a first position. The USB connector is exposed to the outside when the knob is pressed to move to a second position. The main body unit and the cover unit includes a protrusion unit(130) and a locker(240) which contacts the protrusion.
