Summary:PURPOSE: A method for measuring coupling strength of a paper product using a universal testing machine and laminating is provided to prevent a bank note from being forged by improving coupling strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring coupling strength of a paper product using a universal testing machine and laminating is as follows. A specimen is manufactured by laminating a measurement paper and an exfoliation paper using a laminating film. The exfoliation paper part of the manufactured specimen is divided into two parts. The divided parts of the exfoliation paper part are fixed to both sides of a universal testing machine. The universal testing machine measures load data by applying tension to the specimen.
