CONSTITUTION: An infrared sensor array with a micro-lens comprises a lens array(130), and an infrared sensor array(132). The lens array has multiple micro lenses. The bottom surfaces of the micro lenses are flat, and the top surfaces are curved. The infrared sensor array is arranged in the bottom surface of the lens array. Infrared sensors are regularly and repetitively arranged in the infrared sensor array.
